Appeal and Complaint Fees

Article 1 Appeal fees

1.1 If you make an appeal, you initially pay €50 towards the cost. That's called an'appeal fee'. The fee is payable when you make an appeal, as described in Article 4 of the Complaints and Appeals Regulations. 1.2 If you withdraw your appeal before the C&AB has considered it, you get €25 back. The other €25 is kept to cover the administration costs. 1.3 If your appeal is upheld, you get the whole €50 back within fourteen days of the ruling.

Article 2 Complaint fees

2.1 If you make a complaint about a domain name, you initially pay €50 towards the cost. That's called a 'complaint fee'. The fee is payable when you make a complaint, as described in Article 8 of the Complaints and Appeals Regulations. 2.2 If you withdraw your complaint before the C&AB has considered it, you get €25 back. The other €25 is kept to cover the administration costs. 2.3 If your complaint is upheld, you get the whole €50 back within fourteen days of the ruling.
