1. Submitting a complaint Your complaint must be submitted to the C&AB in writing, both by post (preferably registered post) and by e-mail, using the following addresses:

2. Required information The complaint documentation must include the following:
The domain name that your complaint is about and the associated contact details, as recorded in the Domain Name Register (available by looking up the domain name in SIDN's Whois, then clicking 'Show me details')
The name and contact details (including postal address) of the complainant
Whether the complainant wants to appear in person before the C&AB
The basis of the complaint
Any other relevant supporting documentation that the complainant wants the C&AB to consider
3. The fee Before your complaint can be dealt with, you need to pay a complaint processing fee. The fee is currently €50. It needs to be paid into the following account: IBAN: NL09RABO0145116646, in the name of SIDN BV.
If you withdraw your complaint before the C&AB considers it, you will be charged an administration fee equal to half of the complaint processing fee. If the C&AB upholds your complaint, the complaint processing fee will be refunded in full within 14 days of the decision. 4. Progress updates The Secretary to the C&AB will keep you updated about the progress of the case. For example, you'll be told when your complaint will be considered, and when you may appear before the C&AB. 5. The decision The Secretary will inform you of the C&AB's decision. The C&AB's decision is binding for all parties: SIDN, you and the registrant. However, there is nothing to stop you or the registrant referring the matter to a Dutch court of law.
